We’re a mixed Indian-American family blending old-school Indian sweets with classic American comfort — all baked from scratch, in small batches, by one determined rocker baker mom. Each creation comes straight from the awkward, over-caffeinated brain of me, Jo — so you know it’s going to be something original, a little unexpected, and totally delicious. No shortcuts, no mixes, just real ingredients and big flavor — the kind that tastes like home, if home had cardamom in the air and classic rock on repeat.
